Location: Schiphol Oost
Type: Full-time (32-40 hours per week)
Languages: English, Dutch, (Knowledge of an additional language will be a pre: Polish, Turkish, Czech, Slovak, Italian etc.)

Experience: Some experience in the industry preferred

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Recruiter/Administration Support. This multifaceted position involves both recruitment responsibilities and administrative support functions.

Responsibilities:
Conducting recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Providing administrative support in day-to-day operations.
Assisting in maintaining accurate and organized candidate and client records.
Managing communication and coordination between candidates and clients.

Requirements:
Fluency in English, Dutch, third language will be a pre.
Previous experience in recruitment or related fields is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
