Responsibilities

Implementation of recruitment projects for technical and production positions in Poland and the Netherlands.

Actively searching for innovative sources of candidates.

Verification and selection of candidates who meet the desired profile.

Conducting preliminary telephone interviews with candidates meeting the criteria included in the profile received from the client.

Achieving the assumed recruitment goals.

Preparing and updating recruitment advertisements on social media and job portals.

Ensuring proper document circulation.

Taking care of efficient internal communication and logistics throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of experience as an independent recruiter.

Ability to manage your working time and set priorities.

Knowledge of English at least B2 level.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
