As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20-25 warehouse operators in the Inbound and Picking & Shipping departments.

• Coaching and developing team members.
• Analyzing and optimizing work processes.
• Preparing work reports and communicating with management.
• Planning and monitoring training and personnel administration.

Working hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Shift system: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a team leader,/supervisor.
• Strong organizational skills and good knowledge of English and a second language
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint) and warehouse management systems
• Ability to handle stress, manage, and motivate a team.

Job offers:

• Basic hourly rate: €16.92 gross.
• Travel reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometer (up to 21 km one way).
• Shift and overtime allowances.
• Salary increase opportunity starting January 1st.
