Job Description: As a Recruiter/Coordinator, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process and workforce scheduling for our clients. You’ll be essential in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while ensuring smooth communication with both clients and candidates to achieve effective staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit and select candidates for various roles

• Conduct intake interviews and screen candidates for suitability

• Manage workforce scheduling and coordinate placements

• Regularly engage with clients to align on their staffing needs

• Adapt to last-minute scheduling changes with effective solutions

• Communicate clearly and efficiently with candidates and clients

Your Profile:

• No prior experience needed; we provide internal training and support

• Strong communication skills in English, Polish, and other languages

• Valid driver’s license (B)

• Residing in the region of The Hague

• Enthusiastic, client-focused, and motivated to deliver high-quality service

• Flexible, solution-oriented, and dedicated to supporting clients and candidates
