You take responsibility for one of our many packaging lines. In this role you will get to know the line completely, from start to finish, and work with your team to ensure daily production runs smoothly. Within our dynamic working environment we offer you a unique training program to develop you into a fully-fledged Operator.
What are you going to do?
- Ensure that the packaging line runs continuously and the quality of the products is monitored.
- Coordinating the packing and repacking of products with your team.
- Independently resolve and prevent first-line malfunctions.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
- Checking product registration and reporting to meet deadlines.
Your working hours are from 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM and once every 2 weeks on Saturday. Good to know, this is a job with the prospect of being employed by the client!
- You have own transport and own accommodation
- Experience in coordinating a team
- Good command of the Dutch language (minimum level B1)
- An energetic and motivated team player
- Someone who knows how to inspire others and plan ahead
- Flexible and results-oriented in a rapidly changing work environment
- Comfortable working in a cooler environment (10 – 12 degrees), warm clothing is provided
Gross hourly wage between €14.36 and €15.36, depending on your experience
Travel expenses reimbursement of €0.23 cents per kilometer
