As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20-25 warehouse operators in the Inbound and Picking & Shipping departments. You will coach your employees individually, analyze their performance to optimize operational processes, and solve problems.
- Coaching and developing team members
- Analyzing and optimizing work processes
- Preparing work reports and communicating with management
- Overseeing workplace safety
- Planning and monitoring training and personnel administration.
Working hours:
2-shift system: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a team leader, supervisor, or foreman
- Strong organizational skills and good knowledge of English and a second language
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint) and warehouse management systems
Job offers:
- Basic hourly rate: €16.92 gross.
- Travel reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometer (up to 21 km one way).
- Shift and overtime allowances.
- Salary increase opportunity starting January 1st.
