Were searching for people with:
- Knowledge of Dutch / English language ;
- Affinity/experience with the greensector ;
- Affinity/experience with repetitive/automatic work ;
- Possibility to request a VOG (code of conduct) via Justis.nl
What will you do
As a productionworker youre mainly responsible for a certain part of the cultivation process, like cutting, planting and pruning of high quality and exclusive plants. Also planting hybrids, replacing, caretaking of leaves and plats as well as harvesting the flowering plants. The work contains mainly repetitive work where were searching for people with affinity with plants/greensector.

Work
- Dayshift - monday to friday 7:30 to 16:30h;
- No weekends (only when its needed, its asked first);
- No shifts;
- Overtime will be asked first;
- Free fruit daily;
- Free smoothies daily;
- Every wednesday theres a free lunch that you can order via the company;
- Cultivating, growing, maintenance, harvesting etc. all inside (no glasshouse, no fieldwork);
- Two shift system - starting from April 2025 !!
We offer
- 40 hour workweek;
- Weekly payment;
- Gross hourly wage of € 14,27;
- Travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer only for the driver(s);
- Free lunch once per week;

- Three breaks – morning (15) - lunch (30) and afternoon (15);
- Personal locker(s);
- Working clothes AND shoes;
- Free washing service of your working clothes.
