ls Production Team Leader you are responsible for managing and motivating a team of line operators and production employees. You organize the production process, monitor progress and ensure that the production and packaging lines run smoothly and trouble-free. You also supervise compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and coordinate staff schedules with HR and employment agencies. You will work closely with quality controllers, technical department and HR.

Your responsibilities:

1. Efficiently realize production orders according to schedule
2. Directing, motivating and coaching the production team.
3. Reporting deviations in the field of planning, quality and technique.
4. Drawing up and following up on personnel planning in cooperation with HR.
5. Monitoring progress and making adjustments where necessary for an optimal packaging process

Working hours:

Work Days: Monday through Friday (every other week on Saturday for morning shifts)

✅ Two-shift:

1. Morning: 06:00 - 14:00
2. Afternoon/evening: 14:00 - 22:00

Requirements:

1. MBO+ working and thinking level
2. Experience in a production environment with technical insight
3. Good command of the English language and Polish or Dutch

Job offers:

1. Bruto uurloon van €18,44
2. Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,10 per km (10 km tot 30 km)
3. Ploegentoeslagen: 25% tussen 19:00 – 23:00 en 40% tussen 23:00 – 00:00
4. Overurentoeslagen tot 30%
5. Werken in een gekoelde omgeving van 8°C
