As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating customer processes within the Technical Services department. You manage and process inspections and incoming administration, optimize the outbound process and monitor KPIs. You also support the introduction of new products and actively work to resolve escalations. In addition, you prepare and present small business cases to customers and internal teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage inspections and incoming administration
- Improve and coordinate the outbound process
- Prepare and discuss KPIs with customers
- Supervise new product introductions from planning to execution
- Resolve escalations and ensure optimal customer satisfaction
Working Hours & Working Days:
✅ Work Days: Monday through Friday
✅ Working hours: 07:30 - 16:30 (day shift)
✅ Full-time: 40 hours per week
✅ 150% allowance on Saturdays
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Solution-oriented, customer-oriented and proactive
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
- Analytical, accurate and stress resistant
- In possession of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or willing to apply for one
Job offers:
- Gross hourly wage between €15.07 and €19.65 (depending on experience)
- Travel allowance from 10 km (€0,21 per km, max. 25 km)
- 150% surcharge on Saturdays
