As a Customer Service & Planning Employee, you are responsible for coordinating transport and logistics processes.

1. First point of contact for customers and drivers for transport and logistics questions
2. Administrative processing of transport documents.
3. Planning and coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
4. Informing and advising customers about transport options
5. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure an efficient workflow

Working hours:

✅ Working days: Monday to Friday

✅ Flexible working hours between 08:00 - 18:00

✅ Full-time: 40 hours per week

Wymagania:

1. Experience in logistics, transport or commercial administration
2. Good knowledge of logistics systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
3. Strong communication skills in English (German or Dutch is a plus)

Job offers:

1. Gross hourly wage of €16.64 per hour
2. Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km, max. 35 km one way)
