You will ensure that our advanced production/packaging lines run smoothly and without breakdowns. You will manage a team of production workers and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. You will work closely with team leaders, QC personnel, and our technical department.

1. Executing production orders in the most efficient way possible
2. Setting up and controlling all necessary equipment (in coordination with QC)
3. Operational management and motivation of the team
4. Reporting deviations in planning, quality, and technical issues

Working hours:

06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

You will work from Monday to Friday (sometimes also on Saturdays).

Requirements:

1. MBO-level work and thinking
2. Knowledge of the production environment, as well as technical insight
3. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
4. Knowledge of Polish and/or Dutch will be an additional asset

Job offers:

1. Rate of €14.06 gross + shift allowance
2. Between 19:00 - 23:00 - 25% / 23:00 - 00:00 - 40%
3. Over 38 hours worked per week - 30%
4. Travel cost reimbursement of €0.10 per km from 10 km, max 30 km daily
5. Long - term work
