As a Agency Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the operations department. Your role includes supervision of facilities and vehicle fleet, induction of new employees, support in recruitment and contact with clients, as well as performing administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members, taking care of the smooth flow of work and the companys image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the technical condition of buildings and the vehicle fleet, organization of inspections and repairs
- Planning and organization of accommodation for new employees
- Coordination of the process of introducing new employees, conducting basic training
- Support in recruitment and first contact with candidates and clients
- Maintaining operational documentation, office service and preparation of reports
- Ensuring the efficient functioning of facilities and compliance with company procedures
Qualifications:
A valid category B driving license and the ability to drive various vehicles (passenger cars, buses, minibuses).
Communicative knowledge of English (minimum level B1)
Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good work organization and time management
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
