As a team leader at Logicall, you are responsible for the daily management of the warehouse team. You divide tasks, monitor execution and intervene where necessary. In addition, you work closely with the Supervisor to optimize processes. You check pick lists and return notes, give clear instructions to employees and motivate them in their work. With your problem-solving skills, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

1. Leading the warehouse team and distributing work
2. Supervise the correct execution of all warehouse tasks
3. Checking orders, pick lists and returns
4. Working with the Supervisor to improve logistics processes

Working hours:

Full-time day shift from 07:30 to 16:30

Requirements:

1. Living in the Venlo region
2. Good command of the English and Dutch language
3. Experience as team leader in a logistics environment
4. Knowledge of Excel and experience with warehouse systems
5. In possession of a VOG (or willing to apply for one)

Job offers:

1. Gross hourly wage between €14.76 and €18.33
2. Travel allowance from 10 km (max. 25 km, €0,21 per km)
3. Annual salary increase possible
4. Supplements for overtime and extra hours
