At ABB Growers in Horst, we’re looking for a motivated production employee to help us bring the best blueberries and asparagus from farm to table. In this important role, you’ll be part of a team that keeps our modern production and packaging lines running smoothly, ensuring top quality, every time.

1. Work with modern production and packaging machines and make sure they run well
2. Follow hygiene, safety, and quality rules at all times
3. Identify and report any irregularities or malfunctions in the production process

Working hours:

You’ll work from Monday to Saturday in one of two shifts: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00. Flexibility is key, as overtime is sometimes needed to keep everything running smoothly. So please keep this in mind when planning your day or evening.

Requirements:

1. Experience in production that’s a big plus
2. Comfortable with English, both speaking and writing? Even better!

Job offers:

1. 14.06 € gross/h - an attractive basic rate
2. +25% allowance for evening work (19:00-23:00) - thats € 17.58 gross per hour
3. Travel allowance of €0.10 per km (over 10 km, up to a maximum of 30 km)
4. Working in a cold storage room (10°C) - we provide warm and comfortable working clothes
