At DHL Freight, forklift drivers play a crucial role in our warehouse success. You’re not just moving goods—you’re making sure operations run safely, smoothly, and on time. As a forklift operator, we count on you to not only execute tasks but to think ahead, assess what’s needed, and make smart decisions on the spot.

1. Safely loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
2. Sorting, scanning, and placing incoming and outgoing shipments in the correct areas
3. Managing irregular goods (e.g damaged packaging, unclear labels, undeliverable or outdated items)

Working hours:

DHL Freight Eindhoven operates 7 days a week, giving you the flexibility to work during the week or over the weekend operating in shifts

Two-shift system:

1. 07:30 – 16:00
2. 16:00 – 00:30

Three-shift system

1. Morning Shift: 07:30 – 16:00
2. Afternoon Shift: 16:00 – 00:30
3. Night Shift: 00:30 – 08:30

Requirements:

1. A valid forklift certificate and relevant work experience
2. Good communication in English or Dutch
3. Physically fit and able to handle heavier tasks
4. Willingness to work full-time in rotating shifts
5. A proactive attitude and team-first mindset

Job offers:

1. Hourly wage of €14.48
2. 30% bonus for hours worked after 18:00
3. Weekend bonuses up to 200%
4. Travel reimbursement up to €0.23/km (max 22 km)
5. Annual raise starting every January 1st
