Job Vacancy: Recruiter
Location: Zwaagdijk-Oost
Availability: Minimum 32 hours per week
Experience: In the temporary employment sector
Languages: Polish and/or Russian, English, and communicative Dutch
About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you are the vital link between motivated candidates and our clients. You know how to connect people, seize market opportunities, and smoothly manage the recruitment process from A to Z. You speak Polish or Russian fluently, along with English and communicative Dutch, allowing you to easily interact with flex workers, colleagues, and clients.
What will you do?
Actively recruit, select, and present candidates (by phone, online, and face-to-face)
Maintain and build relationships with potential flex workers
Write compelling job advertisements
Coordinate application procedures and guide candidates throughout the process
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
Identify commercial opportunities and relay them to account managers
Accurately document candidates and processes (yes, that’s part of the job too)
Contribute ideas for new recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns
Who are you?
You have experience as a recruiter or in the temporary employment industry
You work in a structured way, maintain oversight, and know how to set priorities
You are energetic, proactive, and not easily discouraged
You speak and write fluently in Polish/Russian, English, and (communicative) Dutch (Dutch is a plus, not a requirement)
