For our office in Bleiswijk we are currently looking for enthusiastic person for a Jobcoach position.

The position of Jobcoach requires the following:

-Driving licence

-Knowledge of following languages : English or dutch and at least one of the following : polish, romanian , moldavian, russian , ukrainian , latvian , lithuanian.

The responsibilities of a Jobcoach in an employment agency include many tasks that are important for the proper operation of the company. Coordinating temporary workers requires good organisation skills and the ability to talk to people to ensure good cooperation between the agency, workers and clients. The coordinator helps the employees with their daily duties and supports the clients in finding the right people for the job. Through his work, he makes sure that everyone is satisfied with the cooperation and the results achieved.
