Working hours: Full-time or part-time – we’re flexible!
✅ Your responsibilities:
Entering and updating data in our internal systems
Supporting the implementation of administrative procedures and improvements
Processing incoming invoices
Sales invoicing
Accounts receivable management
Preparing payment orders
Maintaining time records
Is accurate, independent, and handles confidential information well
Can manage busy periods effectively and maintains a good overview
✅ What we expect:
Least 1 year administrative experience in HR and finance administration
Communicative knowledge of Polish, English, and Dutch
Solid computer skills (experience with Nocore, Basecone and Exact is a plus),
Own accommodation and transport
Accuracy, independence, and strong organizational skills
