Are you an organized and communicative person who reacts quickly and enjoys working with people? Great! Join our team as an Interne Intercedent / Coordinator and support us in the daily operations of our employment agency.
Your main responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the work of temporary employees
- Handling ad-hoc client requests and solving problems efficiently
- Managing open vacancies – from publishing to coordinating with recruiters
- Supporting team members when needed
- Maintaining contact with clients and employees
- Cooperating with the administration department

What we expect from you:
- Minimum MBO 4 level education; experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and act quickly
- Flexibility, stress-resistance, and readiness to work in a dynamic environment
- Good command of Dutch; knowledge of Polish is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Category B driving license
