Vacancy: Working Foreman/woman Horticulture

Location: De Kwakel (NH) – Agriom

Do you have a passion for plants and want to contribute to the production of high-quality plant material? Plant breeding company Agriom is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated working foreman/woman to join our team.

Your Role

You support our production process. You actively participate in the team’s work while also taking responsibility for coordinating part of the daily operations. Together, we ensure the best possible quality of our starting material.

Your main tasks will include:

1. Sharing responsibility for the propagation process of plant material and internal logistics.
2. Supervising and guiding temporary staff, making sure all activities are carried out according to the right procedures.
3. Actively participating in propagation and internal transport tasks.

Who Are You?

1. You are confident in motivating and addressing colleagues.
2. You have, or are willing to obtain, a forklift license.
3. You have a knack for solving simple technical issues.
4. You enjoy hands-on work and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
5. You live in or near De Kwakel and hold a valid driver’s license.
6. You are proficient in English (Dutch is a plus).
