We’re looking for experienced and motivated bus drivers from across the EU who want to build a stable career in the Netherlands.
Your Role:
As a bus driver, you’ll be the heartbeat of the city — safely and smoothly transporting everyone from early commuters and students to tourists and night travelers.
You’ll drive modern, comfortable buses, including the latest electric models, as the company moves toward a 100% zero-emission fleet by 2030.
You won’t just be driving — you’ll be representing Rotterdam: greeting passengers, helping them find their way, and ensuring every journey is a pleasant one. Each day brings something new — no two routes or passengers are ever the same!
What We’re Looking For
- Good command of English
- At least 1 year of experience as a bus driver
- Valid D licence + Code 95
- Medical certificate (we’ll help arrange it if needed)
- Clean criminal record (VOG) from your home country
- Your own car for commuting to work
What You’ll Get
- Weekly payments : € 550 – €750 net / 40 hours
- Attractive gross hourly rate: €17.74 – € 24.72 (based on the Dutch scale for bus drivers in public transport)
- Irregular hours bonus: 15% – 55%
- Stable Dutch contract
- Holiday pay + 25 paid vacation days per year (based on 40 hrs/week)
