Vacancy: Production Worker Legal Cannabis Farm

Tradiro is looking for enthusiastic production workers for a unique opportunity at a leading legal cannabis farm in Waalwijk. With over 10 years of experience and a team of more than 130 dedicated employees, this company is a pioneer in the sector. Here, cannabis is grown to the highest standards. As a proud participant in the Closed Coffeeshop Chain Experiment, the company produces high-quality natural raw materials from cannabis for scientific, medicinal and recreational purposes.

What will you be doing?

As a production worker, you are an essential part of the cultivation process. Your responsibilities include:

- Cutting and planting cuttings

- Pruning cannabis plants

- Transplanting cuttings

- Moving production plants

- Leaf and branch care

- Harvesting flowering plants

- Cleaning the cultivation rooms

- Destroying plant waste

The work is repetitive, so an affinity for working with plants is important.

What do we require from you?

- You are taller than 1.65 m.

- You speak English or Dutch.

- A driving license is an advantage

- Experience is not necessary; eagerness to learn and motivation are more important.

What do we offer you?

- A nice full-time job in a team of enthusiastic colleagues.

- Working days from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Special clothing and shoes provided by the company.

- Transport and accommodation is possible.

- A gross hourly wage of €14.40
