Job Description:
performing minor technical and maintenance work in residential buildings
(painting, replacing lighting, minor carpentry tasks, general maintenance duties),
daily contact with tenants and providing technical support,
resolving technical issues whenever possible
(e.g. heating, electricity, internet),
reading utility meters and forwarding data to the team,
cooperating with external companies, suppliers, and contractors,
maintaining cleanliness in common areas,
conducting apartment inspections upon request,
supporting tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Requirements:
technical aptitude and a practical problem-solving approach,
strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail,
good interpersonal skills and communication abilities,
driving licence category b – required,
basic knowledge of electrical systems or willingness to learn,
availability for on-call duties,
communicative knowledge of english,
ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
