Who we’re looking for?

You are looking fora steady career in SIF forthe long term and:

•Hold a VCA Basic certificate or is willing to obtain one

•Have English proficiency at B1-B2 level

•Have relevant experience or serious interest in metalworking, welding, CNC, or technical production (or relevant education)

•Are physically fit, precise, detail-oriented, and quality-focused

•Have analytical problem-solving skills

•Hold a valid driver’s license (B)

•Are willing to work in a 3-shift system

•Are willing to complete a fun online game-based assessment to test learning ability and problem-solving skills

•Are motivated, ambitious, flexible, and interested in long-term growth, including potential relocation to the Netherlands

Working hours

•3-shift system: morning, afternoon, and night shifts

•25 vacation days per year + 1 extra week in winter

•Location: Maasvlakte or Roermond
