JOB COACH

Hoorn, Netherlands

Due to the expansion of our projects, we are seeking a Job Coach in the Hoorn region. This key role is responsible for supporting employees and ensuring smooth collaboration between employees and the employer.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting employees in the workplace

• Maintaining ongoing contact with employees and the employer

• Assisting in resolving daily organizational issues

• Ensuring proper cooperation and employee onboarding

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Polish

• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian

• Knowledge of English or Dutch

• Good work organization and excellent communication skills

• Independence and responsibility

• Category B driving license will be an advantage

€2,300–2,700 gross per month (junior level) for those with extensive experience, negotiable
