Our client is based in Oosterhout and specializes in producing and assembling wooden window frames, doors, sliding doors, and windows—for both new construction and renovation projects. In addition, they operate four webshops serving both business and private customers.

Role

The factory consists of several departments, all contributing to the production of high-quality doors and frames. Here are a few examples of tasks in departments that currently need extra support:

Preparation / Assembly Support

1. Inspecting and sorting wood and frame materials
2. Preparing components for the paint shop
3. Applying glue to parts and finishing them neatly
4. Assembling frames according to drawings and orders
5. Supporting small assembly or installation tasks within the workshop

Finishing

1. Installing and finishing frames, doors, and windows
2. Checking dimensions, quality, and finishing
3. Applying sealant, screws, fittings, and other installation components
4. Inspecting frames for damage or paint defects
5. Preparing products for transport or customer installation

Requirements

1. Ability to work well in a team and not afraid of physical work
2. Reliable, presentable, and able to meet deadlines
3. Stress-resistant, flexible, and positive attitude
4. Completed MBO or HBO education
5. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken (basic Dutch required)
6. Fast and efficient work style, able to pick up new tasks quickly
7. Experience in construction, carpentry, technical, or production industries is a plus, but not required
