We are looking for a Unit Builder to join a small team of 3 permanent colleagues in a production hall in Sittard, the Netherlands.

As a Unit Builder, you will be responsible for the renovation of construction units, carrying out various refurbishment works to improve and restore existing units so that they are fully ready again for rental or sale.

The main focus of the work is on the replacement and renovation of walls, roofs, and floors, ensuring quality, safety, and a high finishing standard.

Requirements:

1. Experience in construction, renovation, carpentry, or similar technical work
2. Practical and hands-on attitude
3. Physically fit (this is physically demanding work)
4. Able to work independently as well as in a team
5. English, German, or Dutch speaking is preferred
6. VCA is a plus (or willing to obtain on short notice)

Must live near Sittard, because its a job with future. Salary between 500-560 for 37,5 hours a week.
