We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our logistics team.

In this role, you act as a key point of contact in the warehouse, supporting daily operations and stepping in when needed.

Main tasks:

Monitor inbound & outbound processes

Handle returns and warehouse errors (CARs)

Be first contact for Customer Service & warehouse emails

Support quality control and process improvements

Assist the team during busy periods

What we are looking for:

Experience in logistics/warehouse operations

Accurate, responsible, and solution-focused

Good English communication skills

Experience with WMS (SAP is a plus)

Team player with a proactive mindset

What we offer:

Full-time (40h, Mon–Fri)

€2,900 – €2,950 gross per month

No weekend work (generally)

Overtime paid + meal on month-end extended shift
